Description

Our AADHYAA Gir Cow A2 Ghee is obtained from a special species of cows known as Gir Cows. We own 400+ Gir Cows which are spread across our 400 acres of organic certified land. When compared to other breeds of cows, Gir Cows produce superior quality of milk. The presence of herbal plants like Shatavari, Jivanti, Ashwagandha and others in the fodder of the cows has a significant impact on both milk and ghee.

We are making Ghee from Bilona Method. Bilona is an ancient Indian method of making ghee. The A2 Gir Cow milk is boiled and cooled. A spoonful of curd is added to the milk and kept at room temperature overnight. The curd is churned to extract butter (Makkhan) from it. The butter is heated so that the water evaporates leaving behind milk solids & Pure Ghee.
