Refund Policy

Return Policy:

As we are dealing into eatable products, return of product is not valid once product is delivered at customer place. Still to serve our customers and maintain relations with them we can accept returns only when they meet our criteria’s of return.

Return of product is only possible under below circumstances:

  • Damage of internal product packaging due to improper handling by transporter person while delivering material
  • Wrong product delivered to customer than what order was placed.
  • Products delivered are expired dated by the time of delivery

Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of return of product. Once product is used, it will be ineligible for return.

Customer needs to send us mail on customercare@farmorgo.com regarding reason of return with images of products. Our internal team might contact you for more information on same via call or mail. Once our internal team are satisfied with the reason and photos shared, we will initiate a return for the same.

In case of return in approved, amount of product will be sent to the customer wallet of Farmorgo once product is returned. Shipping charges will not be returned in that case as it is taken care by shipping partners and need to be borne by customers.

Replacement of product is not available currently. If customer is willing to get a replacement of product then they need to first initiate a return of product and once it is done, new purchase order of that product needs to be put again on our app or website.

Please note for return of product to get approved, customer needs to inform us within 7 days’ time from the date of delivery. If customer fails to inform us in 7 days from date of delivery, they will not be eligible for return of product.

We might change terms & conditions at any time and final right is hold by Farmorgo whether we accept or refuse return of product based on our internal team review.

Please ensure all above points before placing an order on our Farmorgo app or website portal. If order is placed on our portal, you have agreed above points and if any dispute occurs, it will be settled under Nashik Jurisdiction. Cancellation Policy:

If customer wish to cancel the order if wrongly placed or needs to alter it, we have given 1 hour window for cancellation of order without any extra charges.

We have provided a window of 1 hour for customers to cancel their order in case they wish to alter or cancel it. Customer needs to ensure that they cancel the order within given time so that order will not be delivered if not required. 

We initiate process of shipping of material after 1 hour and cannot cancel it once product is shipped from our end. 

This cancellation window is provided for the benefit of customers who by mistake place order of other product and needs a change in the order to be done. This is of great help for customers as it saves time of customers as well as of logistics team to ship and return the material not required.

Refund Policy:
We provide refund under below circumstances:

  • Order cancelled within 1 hour of order placed
  • Wrong product delivered to customer than what was ordered
  • Transit damage of internal packaging of product and product is not able to be used.
  • Product delivered is of expired date at the time of delivery

For the benefit of customers, we do provide refund for the product purchased under above mentioned points.

Refund will be credited into customer wallet account of Farmorgo within 24 hours after product is successfully cancelled in given timeline. 

During return of material, once inspection of product is done and our team finds it satisfactory, refund will be done within 24 hours into the Farmorgo wallet of customer account.

If customer wishes to transfer the amount in original payment method, then it will take 7-10 days from approval of return once inspection is done.
